Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance for Seniors

This June, the Taylor Public Library will be hosting a Tai Chi class. Tai Chi has been proven to improve mobility, strength, and balance, leading to the decreased risk of a fall. The classes will be held on June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. These classes are recommended for people over the age of 60. We hope to see you there!
